Gemma Fendler brings over two decades of experience to A&C, having built a strong career in the surety bond industry. Since joining the team in 2021, Gemma has continued her passion for building lasting relationships with clients, a hallmark of her career.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Gemma began her career in an administrative role at a top-ten surety company, where she quickly earned a spot in their prestigious underwriter trainee program. Over the years, Gemma’s expertise led her to transition from the company side to the agency side, where she became the Bond Department Manager for a large bond agency in Philadelphia by 1998, just a few years after joining the industry.

In 2012, Gemma opened her own agency, continuing to foster strong, lasting client relationships that remain today. She attributes much of her success to her deep commitment to service and a genuine desire to help clients grow their businesses. Gemma’s internal drive to always provide the best service possible has been key to her lasting success and client loyalty.
