Caitlin Gaughan is a valued Bond Manager at Anderson & Catania, bringing years of experience and a strong commitment to her clients. She works with both Commercial and Contract accounts, focusing particularly on contract-driven projects and commercial surety for site, subdivision, and lien bonds.

For Caitlin, the most rewarding part of her work is helping her clients succeed. She guides them through every step of the bonding process with a focus on understanding their unique needs. Whether it’s bid bonds, capacity letters, consents, or maintenance bonds, Caitlin ensures her clients have everything they need for a smooth, successful bid and project completion. She takes the time to get to know each contractor’s business, offering a customized approach and keeping regular contact to make sure bonds are always ready when needed.

Before joining Anderson & Catania, Caitlin spent over seven years at a bond-only agency, earning her P&C license, completing Surety School, and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Helping contractors on their bonding journey is something Caitlin truly enjoys, knowing that each client’s success is a reflection of her commitment and hard work.

Outside of work, Caitlin loves spending time with her husband and their dog, Reggie. Whether they’re hiking new trails or discovering new breweries, Caitlin is always up for an adventure, making memories and enjoying life.
