Based in the North Jersey office and working closely with Mary Lawrence, Ashley handles the daily bond administration and execution needs for clients across the Northeast. She issues bid bonds, prepares pre-qualification letters, and manages Bondpro, the company’s surety automation software, streamlining bond issuance and minimizing errors. With a strong background in catastrophe modeling and exposure management for commercial property insurance, Ashley brings organizational skills and an eye for detail to her work, tracking bond approvals, preparing underwriting reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The most rewarding part of Ashley’s role is the appreciation she receives from clients, especially when she helps with last-minute bond requests or catches potential errors before they affect a project. That gratitude drives her passion for going the extra mile for every customer.

Outside of work, Ashley loves spending quality time with her family. On weekends, she and her husband enjoy outdoor adventures with their energetic 2-year-old son at local parks.
